The term “Registered Consumer-Member/Service Account Owner” refers to the person in whose name an electric service account is registered called electric service account owner. The term “Actual User” refers to the Registered Member being supplied with electricity or the person who is authorized by the Registered Member-Consumer to occupy the Registered Member’s premises and enjoy the electric service mostly called homeowners’ series.

HOMEOWNERS OBLIGATIONS
✓ Homeowners’ is obliged:
✓ to receive monthly bills;
✓ to pay monthly electric bills;
✓ to pay billing adjustments;
✓ not to commit illegal use of electricity and;
✓ obliged to pay differential billing.

Homeowners’ electricity series shall agree to the following:
1. Homeowners’ series shall agree to use as required of the following:
a. Electric Meter to measure the electrical energy usage of a home to provide accurate billing, and;
b. Circuit Breaker to protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by over current/overload or short circuit to interrupt current flow after protective relays detect a fault.
2. Homeowners’ series is free to use any appliances upon the use of the electric meter and circuit breaker, and to comply with all safety.
3. Homeowners’ series shall pay the bill in full and pay on time from the date of bill issuance to avoid interest charges.
4. Homeowners’ series shall agree the added tax collection fee (service account owner fee) of ₱2.00 per kilowatt used depending on the kilowatt price of the electric distribution utility (NORDECO).
5. The electric distribution utility NORDECO has collect interest charge to its registered consumer-members if the bill is not paid on the due date. On the other hand, Homeowners’ series shall agree to the collection of interest by the electric service account owner of ₱1.00 per day if not able to pay the bill within the prescribed period from the date of bill issuance.
6. The electric service account owner has the right to disconnect the homeowners’ electrical connection’ for breaching the terms and conditions stated on this form.
7. The electric service account owner shall have no obligation if there’s an electric shock accident happened in the series home.

✓ AS A SERIES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, AND DO HEREBY ACCEPT THE SIMPLE CONNECTION AGREEMENT STATED.
✓ THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE EFFECT STARTING FROM THE DATE OF CONNECTION OF A SERIES, HOMEOWNER’S SIGNATURE ISN’T REQUIRED (For physical copy of series billing record).
